As far as I know it would be Rena (1900+) vs Kagami (1700+) back in 2007, fake votes removed.

well, then i guess it is actually possible that this record will be broken today, with the rush that is gonna happen in the end, and the fact that every hour about 100 votes are added to each character.

i think 2000-2300 is actually possible.

Of course, the highest fake vote count for a single character would go to Yuki in 2006's Yuki vs Desu match (over 1000), IIRC. By comparison, the match above had ~800 fakes for Kagami.

Per character. In that match, Yuki got 1100+ fakes while Desu got ~400.
