I doubt the author would include their sex scenes. The only thing he could do is that they have already done it.

The author wanted to make Ise powerful by sucking Rias's nipple but he changed to pressing it instead. I think the idea was rejected or something that he changed to pressing it.

Also I actually don't want them to include that scene. It's fun because it's in the border of it.

If Rias and Ise do have sex it will either

1) Happen "off screen" with Ise or Rias alluding to it

2) At the end of the novels we'll see that Ise and Rias have children so we know they did it at some point. (The Fullmetal Alchemist route)

Ise's Dress Break actually breaks not only clothes but also special material that the girl is wearing. In volume 6, Asia was captured and was chained with a certain thing made from a certain longinus. No one could broke it but his Dress break did. If he continues to improve his Dress Break and also can nullify their magic they shoot at him is well he will be truly invincible if he combine it with billingual.

Also to fight guys he should create a move which makes every one look like hot chicks from his eyes. That way he could use the other two moves and also beat anyone. If that happens he will truly become a beast.
