The first girl ? I thought it was from Blazblue, but the story reminds me of either Stratos 4 or Ultimate Girls.

Well i have no idea who those characters are, but what i can say for sure is that those characters are definitely not a character from blazblue

I would also like to add that in the first chapter the former assassin is putting on a puppet show for a group of children and his assistant is a young woman who is blind (he is raising her).

Before the protagonist and the former assassin fight, another group of assassins attack and try to take both of them out.

2. one is this guy who manga or author who still in high school remember his past life as a thing princess or geisha but he find himself going thru his memory has he relive it find out how he dies and girl who like him in present was witch doctor in hers past

It's Makoto Nanaya from blazblue. And like Tempester has said the image is from the opening movie of blazblue cs2, eventhough i liked the opening animation of the blazblue cs extend more.
