I guess Erio really did suffer a split. If Meme's 40 votes went to her, she could've won.

It looked like a tie for a minute there, but this time Uiharu ends up with the very close win.
For the second time, one of my higher favorites wins a tough match, but still ends up a bittersweet victory. Charlotte advances but Erio is eliminated too soon.

I would of picked Saten this round, but as a result of (1) possible split with Uiharu against Sayaka and (2) Yami is in the same match this round, I will support my other priority Yami in E2.
Mitsuki Sohara will be my other choice for E6

But Meme's appeal is completely different from Erio's.... and I would wager a lot of Meme fans already gave their vote to Erio anyway. Char probably would've won a 1v1 fight anyway....

Close matches all around. 2 from Kazari and 3 from Yukikaze, ouch. Maybe come of Meme's votes could have gone to Erio. Then again, Charlotte may still win even at 1 vs 1.

The round didn't disappoint...2 close matches (2 votes and 3 votes...haven't seen that in awhile in first round) and a sad loss by one of the top gun (Erio)...there may be a small split, but even if it's not Meme, some of those votes for either Charlotte or Erio may have went to the 3rd girl, which means Charlotte would prevail either way.

There goes another one of my predicted group winner (Erio)...oh well, will see how Azu-nyan do on the other side of this group...(Not that I don't like Charlotte, she makes IS and is among my top 10. I just like Erio more)

Other than that, went 1-2 (Total 34-17...getting worse and worse, sigh...). Next round...

E-2: Saten-san - Wouldn't be surprised if she's "sacrificed" just so Uiharu has a chance against Sayaka...
E-6: Sohara - The other two are both mid-2nd prelim qualified...
E-10: Saori - I've no clue...either way the winner of this group is 2nd round fodder anyway against Ohana and Azusa (maybe Haqua, but Kaminomi is not exactly THAT strong, as weak as K-On is...)

Congrats to Kazari and Yukikaze for edging out a win in the end.If Meme wasn't in that group Erio could have won, oh well Char isn't bad either.

Today i'm rooting for Ruiko, Sohara, and Yura (though might as well flip a coin or something for this group since i like all 3) .

Three great matches this time. I think I really overestimated what Uiharu could do. I didn't think she would let Akari get that close let alone within 2 votes. Charlotte manages to win her match but fails to get the majority of the votes leaving the question of what would happen if Meme wasn't here. However considering how few votes Meme got and the gap between Charlotte and Erio, perhaps Charlotte would have won anyways. Erio would need 36 out of 40 (with the other 4 going to Charlotte) to take the win 409 to 408. Taking 90% of Meme's votes if she was removed doesn't seem likely to me. Yukikaze just barely manages to win her match as well. I'm also getting the feeling I've overestimated Yukikaze by quite a bit as well.

Today's matches:

Mizushiro Kanon vs Saten Ruiko vs Konjiki no Yami
Minette vs Mitsuki Sohara vs Nino
Saori Bajeena vs Hasegawa Hirano vs Keikain Yura

Another match between two of the stronger characters in the contest. This really should be more like a Round 3 match than a Round 1 match. Saten has a problem that if she wins, she'll split votes with Uiharu in Round 2. The third character in the match will likely be the very dangerous Sayaka Miki who can capitalize on the split votes. Her current opponent is Konjiki no Yami and a tough character to beat. In a fair fight, I think Saten would have the slight edge over Yami. However, since it would cause problems if she won I don't think she'll be trying her best and will bow out to Yami. Nobody that strong in the second match. Sohara made in through first preliminaries so I'm going with her. I think Saori will have some trouble with Hirano in the third match. Saori should still win, though.

E6 Nino (If she can't win, then everything else fails. I knew somewhere out in the real world, there is a big chance a person like her existed, but sadly, tend to be abused. Belated greeting to Maaya Sakamoto's marriage, hope for the best since she get married with Gintama's Okita seiyuu.)
E10 Saori Bajeena (If there is a new season of Ore no Imouto, I want her complete face without those glasses animated and discovered by the male protagonist, to make the story more interesting.)

Meh, Nino won't get it but she's way better than killer karate Sohara (who is probably only slightly better than ruthless murderer Mikako). Saori seems to be in a major fight. Surprising that the Holmes series is so strong

E6- Nino Minette- 36% Sohara- 34% Nino- 30% Random guess, I think Nino is the one most unlikely to win because it seems 2ch voters don't really like 'denpa' girls. E10- None Saori- 70% Hirano- 20% Yura- 10% Another random guess, based on fanbase strength (?)
