The simpler the burning software the easier the use. If you have Nero Burning Rom or Ahead you can just go to file>burn image and select the ISO file. Or simply look for a burn image option for what ever software you use and select the ISO file.

I just realized you wasn't really asking for how to burn ISO files but rather how to see the contents in them. For that all you need is a program called WinISO and after installation just run the program and go then go to file>open and select the ISO file.

Iuse alcohol120% i have 8 virtual drives right now. i use it moslty for games so i dont have to open my binder and look for the disc just to play a game. i rip the play disc to my drive and set it on a virtual drive. the other use is for installing programs that come in iso that why i dont waste a cd to install a program i dont like.
