Personally, I think hentai is stupid and boring but meh whatever. There's also the issue that they're using resources to berate things that are totally imaginary, fantasy, things that in written books they don't bat an eye at but animated drives them nuts.... in other words, things with no relationship to real exploitation of real women and children. Given the *real*problems in Europe, America, and Asia along those lines - it is simply a waste of resources and could be disingenuous to go beat up Japan for animated drawings no matter what the content.

No.
One might argue that hentai is a subset of ecchi but generally ecchi is just sensual, erotic nudity, sex, or sexual situations - it might even include love-making in a romantic setting. Hentai is specifically "unusual" sex or what might be considered perverted, fringe, etc. (land of tentacles, violence, bondage, etc).

I thought that there was something wrong with my glasses the first time I read this, but then I read the article, and my mind went blank. I'm not sure what to think about this. Guess we can look forward(?) to the Punisher/Goofy crossover

Typhoon brings heavy wind, rain to eastern Japan

Scientifically, this is just bad weather which cannot be prevented and perhaps, it has something to do with global warming as that the rainy season should be over by now. Quote:
The fact that the Marvel series are going to get anime adaptations, I don't see why not as in Disney coming up with their own versions for American kids. However, I don't think Disney plans on pulling off something like that but more like.. Perhaps, rewrite the Marvel stories to suit a general audience, particularly those in elementary school. |
