Oh wait.

Who have the last 18 novels been focused on?

Yeah, but Kyon's meetings with Mikuru and Yuki never really had much, well, impact.

Both are reliant on his meetings with Haruhi, Mikuru more so than Yuki.

Also, Tanigawa only started focusing on Yuki because he loves her character and she's easy to write, as he's said multiple times.

So it's essentially Haruhi.

Yes. But it doesn't have to be.

Is all I'm saying.

In other words, it's likely but not guaranteed?

But to Kyon the first girl would be Haruhi, and it's from his perspective, anyway.

Technically, the "first girl" chronologically is Sasaki.

But Kyon really doesn't seem to give a rat's ass about her.

Technically, of the characters we've encountered, the first girl chronologically is his sister. The less we dwell on that, the better...

Actually, wouldn't it be his mom? I don't know if she's really been introduced, but...okay yeah, I'm going to run away from this topic before it gets scarring.

Except Sasaki is more of the Unlucky Childhood friend.

This maybe a stupid question, but is a Tsundere personality like common among girls in Japan, or is that just another dimension of humor and amusement, because it's not typical? Mostly all I know of Japanese culture comes from watching anime.

Somehow I get the feeling that tsundereness is more common among Western girls, or at least that kind of behavior, but I know very little about Japanese culture as well.

WOULD SOMEONE CARE TO ENLIGHTEN US?

I don't know how Western girls or Japanese girls would act wait so what am I saying again? Something useless? Okay, right on schedule. But if you knew someone who acted like a tsundere, wouldn't they really just come off as a bitch? Or, at the very least, someone totally un-tsunderelike? It's likely that maybe two people would ever see their dere moments.

Either that or the girl you assumed to be completely insane and full of mood swings (so, all of them, then? NO MORE STRIKETHROUGH STOP IT) is actually a tsundere.

Yes, exactly.

And it wouldn't be very pleasant for anyone.

Also, good to see that you're as insane as ever.

Veering back to the land of off-topicness where I think I may have set up a home or something because I seem to be permanently lodged there, can formaldehyde cause brain damage? That might explain some of the insanity.

Probably none. But still.

Sentence fragments. Coupled with a run on sentence up there.

why am i stillll talking

As I have said before, Cloudcuckoolander describes you perfectly.

You're like Osaka with an high IQ score.

I don't know if that's good or bad or just a fact. Either way, it leads to many an awkward silence in real life.

I would say that maybe Osaka already has a high IQ score, and that she's the only sane one in the series, but...yeah, I'm pretty sure she's just batshit 98% of the time.

...What did I just say about myself?

SHIT

I MEAN, UH, DISCUSSION ABOUT HARUHI
