Would an a joint-class combat lesson be too much for a new instructor's first session?

I'm not sure about whole countries, but some of the larger corporations definitely back them up.

I'd say why not, but that would be jumping a shark, even for my ridiculous appeal. The younger cast has no role in all-out war between countries, they will be divided into faction, and probably has to fight each other.

If it's a small country, sure. But if it's any of the superpowers? Yeah, that'll be a bit of a problem.

He meant too sudden, a new instructor is just that, s/he was supposed to follow his/her senpai for guidance, while occasionally do the job.

Humans need time to adapt after all.

Wonder if it is alright to make Maya to actually be more badass than Chifuyu (In IS suit of course).....

we're talking about a bunch of 15 years old student trying to enjoy their youth, their angst-material is piling up steadily and adding world war to that would be way too cruel.

teens don't really care about the war itself. Most teens would only care about the immediate effects. Those who are actually mature enough to understand that what they do can cause another hundred thousand to die and care are actually pretty rare.

@ Stratos - They wouldn't place a new instructor, a teen no less, on a joint combat course. Even experts like Maya get classroom training first.

@ Senpai - Writing wars is annoying. There's always that one reader who's gonna bitch and moa that you're dping things wrong.

Hence why I plan to not have the new instructor to be alone. Working with the Class One instructors for the first session.

The inter-class competition draws near (in place of canon's Cannonball Fast) so the instructor figures that they need to come clean about the presence of their new instructor to the classes participating.

Not sure how much sense that would make but I figured not even Chifuyu would be that merciless to dump a new guy into the field headfirst.

And yeah, war stories... I think I'll have to re-think my AC-ish fic.

Classes first, that comes after. You don't let a newbie teacher lead a full class with no help, with other teachers or no. They tend to screw up.

I saw a cosplayer wearing costume..... sticking out like sore thumb....

@ Treme - Sounds interesting. I do agree that the past influences people (Loghain), but you need to move on at some point.
