What a sad episode!! The animation was terrible, Goku's transformations had no impact (i felt 0 chills down my spine..lol), OST was a big let down and not even one drop of blood was shed... well, what was i expecting, it's Toei and nowadays they are horrible in this industry. To think the original anime back in the 90s had better animation/effects it's just sad. I'm disappointed. This is not the Dragon Ball i was expecting. At least the characters are still funny with that epic Toriyama's humor but everything else does not look good and it's the studio fault! I now have no expectation whatsoever for the big fight between the SSJGod Goku and Bills. Thank you Toei.

Toei, you disappointed me with the fight. Hopefully the next one improves as this one felt like a joke.

So the poor animation begins. Same thing happened with Sailor Moon, though I feel like it took longer than 5 episodes before it happened there, and that was with a biweekly release. Guess this series being a lot longer, and weekly, they had to move the time table up on bad animation.

They have probably a problem with their schedule but goddamn, this episode was funny

I wonder if they are going to take another break in order to fix the upcoming episodes or if they are going to do that only for the DVD.

The problem with the franchises revived by Toei as of late is that they (I believe) are property of Toei to do with them as they please, hence why no other (and better) studios have picked them up...

They even had one of their best animation directors on it and it still looked like crap. How many want to guess that who ever was in charge said, "Hey, you have to do this episode. You have two days. I'm sorry, make that one and a half."

To me Toei's struggle to make the budget work for this episode was more entertaining than Goku's struggle with Beerus.

No surprise considering that its Toei we're talking about. Outside of anime films, Toei's animation is horrific. One Piece fans have known about this for years but with the recent Sailor Moon remake and now this, its just more out in the open. The sad thing is that they are perfectly capable of doing some good animation.

This look more like DC Superman level of animation quality :<

continuity gone to pieces when Beerus commented that SSJ1 Goku will have problem with freeza when SSj1 fought Cell to stalemate.

And Buu, the terror of million of years got forgotten.
