Can a Personal IS have their weapons used by someone else? By that I mean IS-specific weapons like Byakushiki's Yukihara or one of Akatsubaki's katanas.

Finally.... got something in my head.

The Heracles Initiative is a world wide program that scan every male citizen in the world for potential male IS pilot. The Objective/purpose may be long and sounded noble...etc but it can basically be summarized as "to wipe the Smug off Japanese's face".

Under this initiative, any male found with the ability to pilot IS is forced into ISA.... rather they like it or not.

New character's name is Nemo Machin(too lazy to think of a new name).

She doesn't hate everything, she just doesn't care about it. It's the like the whole Amoral vs Immoral concept. The first one means they don't care about good or evil (Like Marceline) while the other means they're doing evil things while hating good (Marceline's dad).
