How could I forget my favorite anime character!!! Yurika Misumaru from Nadesico. She's a complete ditz, but a genius at the same time. A perfect example came in the episode "Run Silent Run Deep" where she completely out thought a very good Jovian commander while singing a song about fishing.

Tohru fromo Furuba. She's different from other ditzy girls. Like, not annoying. And her klutzy side matches perfectly with the caring, deeper side to her.
Osaka is also another exception to being annoying, she's just far too funny for that.

I think all characters from Azumangah Daioh are suitable candidates, but I like to single out Osaka and Sasuki for being the most likable.

And then there is Sakuragi of Slam Dunk... why didn't anyone one think of him? He is damn funny.

Hi everyone...this is my first post....Anyways, I agree Osaka is the funniest anime character.......but ya'll can't forget Mihoshi <ditzy>from Tenchi.

An anime that has a lot of weirdos is One Piece IMO... just look Yoasaku, he keeps fainting all the time too

LUFFY-SEMPAI! Gotta love Yosaku and Johnny! Luffy is a weirdo too, he's probably the guy I most laughed with, he's just extremely funny

I just started watching Princess TUTU - the duck girl (main character...forgot her name) is an ultimate klutz. I can't say she is weird because the whole show is ..er ..strange
