Well, really, the worse childhood is probably Deidara...all he cares about is his art, but no one has ever cared about his art and now look how messed up he became...he even blew up his body to show how artful it is...but still no one noticed...!!!

Pein noticed, when Deidara died he said to all of the Akatsuki members "we will never be able to replace him" something like that. So that tell me he has a good talent and his art was appreciated.

IMO I think Gaara or Naruto had the worst childhood because they were both feared and hated because of something they couldn't control. They both did not really have a family until they made friends, even if they had family members. Gaara wasn't accepted by his siblings really until Naruto beat him so thats pretty sad.

before i saw gara i would say that naruto had the worst chiled hood but now it is gara because people where sent to kill him

LOL at the haters saying Sasuke had it good.

Because Sasuke's life was perfect in part one and he was an ungrateful brat, Naruto needs to get what Sasuke had for the world to be fair Where??? Where do people get the notion that Sasuke's life had been so great? I highly doubt Naruto wants for every one of his precious people to be killed by someone he implicitly trust and respects, like Iruka for instance, and then constantly having shallow fangirls harassing him while facing being challenged, judged, and used by everything that breathes, because that's the life Sasuke had in part one.

Before Sasuke left he didn’t have any strong loyalty to the village. Not after everyone he loved there was murdered in one night. Friends? What friends? The arcs in which the friendships of the rookies were established were the arcs that Sasuke had to deal with the curse seal trying to posses him, being hunted down by Orochimaru along with about a dozen other henchmen, and Gaara being obsessed with killing him. In the forest of death Sasuke was out of it while all the other rookies came together to protect them, he was the first to go in the prelims and missed all the fights after, he missed out on the bond forming during their month off, and he barely made it in time for the final once again missing all the other fights. Naruto and Sakura both fought the other rookies and established bonds with those they fought. Sasuke did not fight any of the rookies. The whole period that Naruto and Sakura were establishing bonds with the rest, Sasuke had no chance to do so. Now that he knows it was the village itself that ordered the deaths of everyone he loved what is there left for Sasuke there? Whatever the village provided him (education, shelter etc) it expected Sasuke to pay back in his service. It was an investment for them. It's the relationships to people in the village that make Naruto and Sakura loyal to it. If suddenly everyone they have a relationship with were to die what is there to tie them to it? x a thousand if those deaths were ordered by Konoha.

Sasuke had the crappiest life, look what it did to him now.

How can you say that? Considering his character, Naruto's still in the middle of his childhood.

Sakura, she has imaginary parents that she talks to and she has convinced other people she has parents, the guy she liked punched her then left and she was teased for having a big forehead.

Also TenTen because she doesnt have a last name

Rock Lee, cause I'm not even sure if he has parents. He fell in love with a pink haired tramp . He had to work twice as hard as any one else to make up for his handicap. Plus i think Guy Sensei touches him in naughty places

Well Sakura, Ino and Shikamaru by the looks of it. Most of the other characters just didn't have much of a good childhood.

Gaara and Naruto... Cause they had it almost the same... Only Naruto found some people to hold Dear and who held him dear. Gaara didnt find anything until Naruto kicked some sense into him
