Another Mai Nakahara character? Now I'm curious.

Just what I need... another series to try and keep up with.

I just got around to watching episode 16 of Toradora! last night. Now, that was a kick-ass episode... heheh... quite literally.

Agreed about Felli, I'll most likely nominate her next year. She's also one of the reasons that Regios is currently my favourite airing series.

This is the worst time to be airing for a series though (ISML nomination wise) IMO, since it'll be well over by nominations next year, so characters from newer series will probably be more popular. Characters from Sora wo Kakeru Shoujo will have the same problem as well I'd guess.

The best time to be airing for any Moe Tournament is during June, as that will make them eligible to Best and Japanese Saimoe, while being fresh on most people's mind. June also is not too bad for ISML compared to February or March, which is the worst time for any tournament.

Rational:
#1 greatest boost comes if the show airs during the tournament.
#2 If the show can't air during the tournament, it is best to keep airing closest possible to the start of the tournament.
#3 Saimoe will last from July to October
#4 Super Moe will last from November to December.
#5 January is actually good as this is the month for ISML nomination.

However, Felli from Regios might not have as high refined character design compared to many others, and I'm afraid I am not seeing as much buzz about Regios series compared to some of the buzz I saw for Wolf and Spice, Lucky Star, Nanoha SS, or Rozen Maiden, thus I doubt she might even make it past ISML nomination nor top 32 in any moe tournament. Keep in mind that we will have perhaps the largest number of moe power player series for this year's Saimoe and Best Moe in history, for Nanoha Movie/OVA might make it time to be eligible, as well as Negima, Hayate, Wolf and Spice, Lucky Star all had OVA coming out during eligible period, and even Suzumiya Haruhi characters if real versions ( not SD version ) get sufficient air time through those Kadokawa Youtube broadcast. I suspect Kara no Kyoukai might be a serious player as well having two very popular heroines in Shiki and Azaka.

Yeah, I watched another 3 episodes yesterday. In all fairness, I do find some of the cat and mouse games that Lelouch plays with his opponents to be intriguingly suspenseful. It's not by any means a "bad" anime, I just get put off by the hype around it.

you will eventually see how things slowly start to become ridiculous to the point that you will laugh but not in the good way

Chrome Shelled Regios anime is good but it didn't make much of a impression on me... maybe because the art wasn't like I expected... I liked the art of the manga better (the side story one that focus on Nina). I preferred Felli from any of the two manga than the one in the anime. The anime one seems to forced in the tsundere stereotype IMO.

You should watch the next ones soon. The last one (19) for instance was probably the best episode so far!

Toradora! 19 was one of the more memorable ones, I agree.

Well, a lot of people find it gets rushed later on but the ending makes it really good. A lot of people weren't expecting that great of an ending.

So, who's your favorite character of Geass? (Please no hateful/mean/anti-Geass replies to this question)

Shirley, Suzaku, and Kallen. And sometimes Lelouche.

-Hino Rei is the best Sailor Moon, the voters agreed, don't bother them about it.
-Ryou didn't even make the top 100, considering she was the closest to making .500 in 08
-Only one strike witches in sight, but Sanya is totally awesome.

So how many entries didn't make the top 100 cut off?

I bet I'm the only one who nominated Iriya Kana.
