It's taken from the huge, huge cast image of the StrikerS/ViVid cast in swimsuits. Some of them, like Quint, Olivie, and yes, even Quattro, lacked visible designs past their head due to the rest of the cast getting in the way.

That said, I lol at Quattro being the 5 of Hearts. Quattro, naturally, means 4, and we all know she has no heart.

Also anyone notice how now Vivio's not a perfect clone of Olivie? Olivie's hilariously flat in comparison.
