Sounds like this tragic fanfic scenario where Hitagi anchors Araragi to what's left of his humanity for a human life-time, Hanekawa eases Araragi's transition to a full out immortal life (for a life-time... or eight more), and finally, Araragi spends eternity with Shinobu.

Karen Arm Leg, and especialy in Shinobu House. As I learned on baka-tsuki they said, that Shinobu house occurs then Hitagi have a meeting with Fire Sisters.
