Its bad what is happening atm, but in saying that its not our worst bushfires, Bushfires seem to happen here on a annual basis whether it be act of Nature or from some Bigot that can't control is Firelust. We have had worse fires in the past. It's amazing to see how people pull together in time of hardship. But it also amazes me the amount of low lives that take advantage of home that has been fled and loot them.
Hopefully the Family's that have lost their homes to this Disaster had Insurance. It's always disheartening seeing a family that has nothing left. But as I said some of the most amazing things happen in the times of hardship. I was in work Detail from the Government when we had our Recent floods a year or so ago. Made me happy seeing everyone helping in anyway they could. Also the links are dead hahaha http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=Ke4vVMvUwdY Over Flight via a Quadrotor over one of the town's if anyone is interested. Australian Bush fire is normal. The local Flora evolved around them. Really, we worry only if a flaming tornado develops and burn whole towns down. Until then, a bushfire is just as natural as rain.

The heat has been crazy... was at a wedding the other day in Newcastle, weather was forecast at 23C to 35C, actually temp, 46C... standing in blazing sun with wind that felt like it was out of a furnace on a headland overlooking a beach in a suit, was two seconds away from ripping my gear off and jumping off the cliff into the ocean.
