Gee.... And I thought To-Love Ru Darkness was a guilty pleasure.

Picked this series up yesterday. Lost a good chunk of hours straight before I knew it. Read up to the translated 85, and then looked at the nice facial expressions of raw vol 10 & 11. It's all good stuff that I can't wait to read.

Emiru's just too awesome. Her innocent trolling is just waaaay too much. It makes up for Kido's weakness.

Was laughing pretty hard myself at that scene. Was just thinking of how used to seeing her he was with all the free shows he has gotten. Guy's still lying to himself about what he wants heh.....

Just read it not to long ago and I'm wondering about how she "sinned" when it came to Tsugumi's ex lover. Can't wait to learn more about Emiru's past and what motivates her to do what she does.

Madoka is head-over-heels for Kido and afraid that he will break it off with her, so she keeps avoiding him. No talk = no break up.

Meanwhile Emiru vanished without a word and Kido gets worried. He already notices that the hole is covered on Emiru's side. He tries to get the key to Emiru's room from the landlady, but she wont hand it over. Then Kido encounters Makiko again. Upon her request the landlady lets them into Emiru's room. In the room, Kido looks for the hole, which is covered now. Beneath the cover though, they find a stuffed in letter. It's a farewell letter to Kido by Emiru, though she wrote it in mind that nobody would ever read it. Emiru describes how special Kido was to her. Kido then realizes just how much he loves Emiru, so much that he would start crying now.

On the next day he gets a call from Kotobiki!!! They meet up. Things are awkward between them. They talk about some casual stuff, like about Kido's new girlfriend. Then they switch places from the family restaurant. A different talk starts. Kotobiki knew that Emiru vanished. On they way, they get to the alley where they fucked once in the past. Things get more awkward. But Kido thinks that their timing in meeting was the fault for the wrongdoings in their relationship. She hugs him and ask him if they should start anew. But Kido thinks about Emiru and declines. It turns out it was just a test by Kotobiki. Then they part on good terms.

Having resolved his issues with her, Kido is motivated to solve more of his issues, so he calls Madoka. Or at least wants to, but she's faster. She misses him too much after avoiding him for so long. Madoka is waiting for him naked in her room. She wants to get it on and comes onto him, but Kido just can't get it going. He's only thinking about Emiru. He tells her how Emiru has vanished and how he actually loves her. Madoka still wants to forgive him for everything. But Kido wants to break up. Outside that classmate of Madoka waits and gives Kido a good punch after he okayed for it.

When Kido gets back home, Makiko is waiting with a clue about Emiru for him. Apparently she found a business card in Emiru's room. It's possible that Emiru seeked shelter there. And indeed, Emiru is staying with an old "friend" from high school. Kido calls that friend, but Emiru is present during the call and tells her friend to deceive him away. Emiru plans to go home anyway. Home as in her parents house. Though it's seems, only her father is welcoming her. Her mom and Tsugumi are giving her glares. Then she talks to a picture. The picture shows a man looking like Kido, it's Emiru's dead brother.

Meanwhile Kido decides to visit that friend of Emiru, who he called earlier. She wants to run away from him, but trips and gives up-.- Kido takes her home and wants to get Emiru's whereabouts from her. He's willing to do anything to get that information, even fucking that friend. First he only starts pleasuring her with his fingers, but when she tries to kiss him, he draws the line. But he's going to fuck her anyway. Just as he's about to put it in, he hesitates. The friend notices that too, gets a clue and pushes him away. She too seems to have her reasons for not doing it with him. She doesn't want to "betray" emiru again. They just proceed to talk about Emiru then. Kido then asks her about that "betraying" she mentioned already. She begins to talk about Emiru's past. Emiru was apparently a bright and cheerful girl in high school. And a certain incident destroyed all of that. The last lines are presented on flashback pictures of high school Emiru looking through a hole in the wall of the house. Volume End.

The preview for vol 12 says that it will reveal more about Emiru's past.

I pretty much already braced myself since I knew it would be inevitable. I'd rather get over with and move into EmiruxKido. The stalling has gone on long enough.

You mean summaries of raws, like on Jcafe or some released translations. Cause I do have vol 10-11 raws however I didn't see any translated chapters online. Or maybe I just didn't feel like looking really hard, as far as my opinion goes. If its not on bakaupdates then its not worth searching for (info about translated chapters).

god i want to punch that kid that has a crush Modaka. But its wrong to punch kids i think hes just annoying as hell and i could see becoming even more annoying if he stayed around in the story which im sure he wont given how things are turning out. i would still like to punch him once though just once maybe twice

Madoka forces a kiss on him and starts going into denial. Madoka tries to change the topic and suggests that they do it. Kido restrains her hands and says "Please, let's break up." Madoka asks why. Madoka begs him to lie. She wants him to tell her that she's the only one he likes. Kido tells her that he can't lie anymore. He just can't.... Madoka continues crying and says that it's her fault. Somewhere deep down, she just couldn't forgive him. "I'm sorry!" "I'm so sorry Kido-kun!" Madoka continues softly apologizing. Spoiler for Chapter 86: So hints of Madoka cheating or using a shoulder to cry on to ease her loneliness...interesting, well sort of expected. Especially since Seiji Miyahara, the new guy, Madoka say his full name willingly while she still adds "kun" to Kido's name despite the two dating for awhile. __________________
