Well 16 does end in a cliffhanger indeed (as expected), but it's mainly preview that makes you want to see 17 right away.

The thing holding up 16's release is probably the same thing holding up 17's release so I expect a fast release of 17 after 16 anyway.

This is a question about the ENTIRE damn series.

Just WTF is with all the references to cars in the character names? Seven Arcs must have an awful lot of petrolheads on staff.

IS stands for Inherent Skill, and means that, in the case of each Number, it is the skill that "comes with them", so speak, hence Inherent.

I know waiting for his profile to be updated is most likely the best thing, but is there an generally accepted romanization for Zest's surname?

And I would like to know if what I think was being said in Ep.20 is true or not, since Thisguy doesn't look like he'll be doing his usual power-summaries. T_T

T_T Spoiler: Basically, the High Council talks on how Jail had crossed the line, being too much for his own good, and say of how he's using the Cradle and Sei-Oh that they had been searching for as his toys, and that he must be stopped. But then they said that Jail is still needed too since he's important for something...I think. They said that even though Zest was a failure, and while Lutecia was technically successful, it looks to them that Sei-Oh is a complete success. Then, they talk about how it's about time... I think they then said about how they're protecting the world from the shadows, and that is why they need the Cradle and also why they're involved in 'unethical development of stuff', and how they've abandoned their flesh to continue living, but apparently they cannot live too much longer either even with that. Even so, they think they are still necessary for the protection of the worlds. Apparently, they're the ones who deployed Zest (( I think )) and that his purpose is just to ensure Lutecia's safety, and keep the Sentoukijin information under wraps by killing Regius. It does look like the TSAB High Council are the very sponsors of Jail, and it links to how they're the ones behind Zest and Lutecia. Yes, it means that the terror attack on TSAB Ground Central is very much linked back to TSAB themselves, the high brass at least. Which might explain why Jail held back, since he wasn't meant to commit terror, but it was nothing more than a facade to hide the actual reason behind the apparent attack... the assassination of Regius, since that is clearly what TSAB High Council talked about in regards to Zest's purpose alongside protecting Lutecia. However, the awakening of the Cradle itself along with the kidnapping of the Sei-Oh was all purely Jail's personal acts, and I think Sein was talking about how the sponsors might be mad at them and Jail awakening that toy, to which Jail reassures her there's nothing to be worried about. Somebody save me!
