Miura quitting Berserk to play Idolmaster was only a joke. Some fans were tired of waiting so long for new chapter releases and spread it around soon after they read of his purchase of an Xbox 360 and the game in question together with some others. He'd taken long hiatuses prior to this.
Claymore is perfect as it is. A periodicity change would have negative repercussions on its high quality.

That too. Anyway, I think he's also busy drawing his manga. Should this not be the case, then I hope Yagi ( who is a gamer, too ) would never develop such an addictive passion and leave Claymore behind.

He wrote his comments in publishing magazine. It depends on how you interpret it. One of his comments when he decided to take a break again was about being lonely and buying Xbox and IdolMaster. He might have some other reasons. But rather than writing something about the manga, he wrote that instead. Can't be helped that every fans think that he took a break to play game...
Yes. He must really values his privacy. I can't even find his picture in the net.

What's strange is that, a year or so ago, the same pic was published in a local magazine and I even saw it in an anime and manga shop... I knew I didn't have to trust the people who translated that Priscilla was Clare's daughter.

Yes because I remember that someone has posted a picture of him and his university website a long time ago. I can't remember his full name. But it looks like they have the same name.
Searching my own posts. His name is Makoto Yagihashi. http://drei.mech.nitech.ac.jp/~fujim...p/members.html

Why care about his look so much? It's becoming like other manga forum, people want to know the look of mangaka behind Full Metal Alchemist, Kannagi, etc. According to someone from 2ch, who claimed meeting Yagi in person, describes Yagi as an average looking middle age uncle type. Well, it's 2ch. Fake information happens all the time.

I'm not really sure either what you're trying to say, but this is what I got on this subject:
http://forums.animesuki.com/showpost...&postcount=635 The Claymore uniform is a one-piece all-weather survival suit tailored for females(as we've never seen the Male uniform before, unless you theorize that Raki is wearing one), that is flexible, water-proof, and has qualities that make it able to withstand the techiniques warriors use as well as detachable armor pieces made to withstand blows from Yoma. The pieces are detached when they are usually out of combat or sleeping, the suit itself is probably uncomfortable. Don't ask about the sheath because I don't know how it works either. Not really sure what else to say. |
