DragoZERO : Don't forget a thing : Freezing is a mensual.
3 years for a adaptation, it's a little short but ... Remember Nurarihyon no Mago ? Only two years and already a adaptation (what i don't follow).
The number of chapters have not so much a value when it's a mensual or bi-mensual manga.
It's the age of the manwha/manga we have to take in consideration.

Johnny : I prefer this plot than the one of Omamori Himari, Highschool of the Dead or another generic ecchi manga. XD (I think that depend of the taste of the person ... For me, a good ecchi manga is a one who show the nipples. *-)) (Like Happy Negative Marriage)

Well what I was jokingly referring to is what DragoZERO stated upon. There's not been much of a plot. It's even more stagnant then Sekirei when it comes to plot progression. Then again with the latest episode of HOTD not even covering one chapter it's doable, but I'm not holding my breath that it's going nothing but T's & A's. Which is fine to an extent...*glances to avatar* Yeah nothing wrong with that...

there's more than 45 chapters, it can easily render 12 epis atleast, and if the studio responsible for this do an ending like the one for Kurokami, i'm satisfied

Bi-mensual ? XD
Hum ... The magazine yes ... But the manga itself ?
Because when i saw like 5 chapters in the volume one (in France, we have the first two volumes) and it's take like 4-5 months to have another volume ...
But you are surely right ...
Or Bi-mensual = One magazine in two months. XD (yes, i can be confused with that)

Yeah, but there is no good resolution point to end the anime in. They'd have to make it original, which always sucks. And they'll fly through the chapters that have action in them too.

The magazine it is currently serialized in, Comic Valkyrie, is published bi-monthly. But I think it was started in different one that was monthly.

The reason you got the chapters so quick in France is because they are already out in Japan and all.

Yes yes i know that. ;p
I looked on amazon.jp for that. ^^
And about the animation, we have the announce about that ... But not date ...
So, if it's like in one year, more chapters will be out no ?
But Comic Valkyrie = Twice a month ? Or one in two months ? XD (Yes, sorry but for a French man like me, bimonthly is disturbing)

Bi is two. So bi-monthly is every two months. If it was twice a month, it'd be bi-weekly. And for an American man like me, bi-mensual is a little disturbing as well.
