Consensus is that ALO's story - Fairy Dance - will be animated, given that they've already cast Lyfa, and she made an appearance in episode 1 as Suguha. This was pretty much a spoiler once it was also revealed that there's a 2nd OP, titled Overfly. Since ALO has flight, Fairy Dance is a given.

My guess is that they'll finish off Fairy Dance, and then leave GGO, Mother's Rosario and Alicization for a 2nd season, if they get to it.

I'm more specific for a Caliber OVA + Caliber SS OVA. It would be nice if Kirito will wield the sword and... with a fateful glow and with the power of a thousand servants, deliver the blow that will reach up to the heavens and destroy a fortress.

If they make Mother's Rosario into a movie, I will not leave my friggin house until I have hit that movie repeat button like 6 times. It would be really nice if they did. If that happened, I would hope for a season 2 for GGO, since I think they can make a season on it. Does anyone know if SAO is popular in Japan? Since that is what it generally depends on.

Not sure about the anime, but the L/Ns have been selling really well.

Well can't hope for entirely new arcs for the LN, as I think Alicization is last. However, looking forward to the progressive novels

Alicization isn't the last arc since there's already a foreshadowing of events for the next arc

We don't know that; all we know is that the web novel ended with Alicization. The author could write a new arc, but it'd be very difficult to top that arc. This topic is for speculating about the anime, so I guess that's enough of that.

Man, I haven't been this hyped for an episode since the pilot episode of SAO.

At this pace, we may not get to Kuradeel's poisoning until episode 11. I can see them dragging out the next episode, maybe with some original material, and make the whole duel the second half of the episode. I think it would work better that way, actually; that way they can end episode 11 with Kirito's proposal, as opposed to making it a halfway point of its episode. A big moment like what works better as an episode-ender:

Episode 10: Part 1 - Buildup/leadup to duel, Part 2 - Kirito vs. Heathcliff duel
Episode 11: Part 1 - Kuradeell poisoning and KiriAsu kiss, Part 2 - Night at Asuna's and marriage proposal

Though the KiriAsu fanboy in me desires the faster version

Episode 10: Part 1 - Kirito vs. Heathcliff duel, Part 2 - Kuradeel poisoning and KiriAsu kiss
Episode 11: Part 1 - Night at Asuna's and marriage proposal, Part 2 - Honeymoon

Don't have to wait another two weeks for true KiriAsu that way.

But the former would be better storytelling and timing of material.

And there's no way the series will be dvided evenly 12/12 for SAO and Fairy Dance. With either of the episode plotting I listed above, they still have Yui, the next boss fight, the final battle against Heathcliff/Kayaba, and the KiriAsu scene as the SAO world is destroyed and the players are released. They can easily take a whole episode with Yui, and one episode would be ridiculously rushing for the rest of the content, so they could easily get to 14/15 with the SAO material. But there's no way the SAO arc will end right with episode 12.
