[PS3/PSV/PC] Hyperdimension Neptunia series

Taken from HongFire

Takes place in the fictional world called Geimugyokai (Game industry)
Geimugyokai is split into 4 different worlds with 4 different goddesses
The four worlds are Platetume, Rinbox (360), Lasdition (PS3?), Ruwii (Wii)
The four goddesses are Purple Heart (Neptune), Green Heart, Black Heart, White Heart
Battles are in 3D
Game companies are represented by characters in the game too (Gust, Nippon ichi etc)
Able to summon guardian angels from actual games or from pictures in the PS3 photo album
Possible to customize appearances and combos
Neptune and others work together to beat the evil goddess “Majekonnu” (Majikon is the term used to refer to DS flash carts like R4 etc)

I don’t know if Neptune is supposed to represent an existing hardware or if she’s a new original character, but I sure hope she’s supposed to be the Sega Neptune.

Game of the year.

360's got the biggest chest, but ps3 has the best character design. and Wii is flatchested. sucka.

Japan doesn't stop amazing me .

In the last scan, I can guess the 4th girl is represent for Nippon Ichi (she looks like Prinny after all). I'm at lost at the 3 remaining girls, though .

While the concept is incredibly intriguing it's not really something I'd play myself considering it's an RPG.

I kinda doubt it'll be sold internationally too. Luckily for foriegners the PS3 is a reigon-free system.~

I gotta say Sega was definetly the company to go to for such a concept since they're very neutral on the console front.

Though if the company mascots make a cameo I swear I'll joygasm. =B

Teaser trailer and official site. Not really any new info than we've already been shown but I thought it was worth putting here.~

Compile Hearts. Sigh, not a great company. They make fairly un-extraordinary games.

The Otaku will gobble it up, but the rest of the sensible - proceed with caution.
