Hi guys,

Just saying this now because I feel like I should give some warning. I won't be available to do the Choice Awards this year for a variety of reasons. Some personal circumstances but there's also the fact that my anime watching has plummeted to basically nothing. If anyone wants to do it themselves, you're perfectly entitled to use the template I've been using. Just go into my thread post history and grab what you want. Felix won't be around to count votes and set up the handy helper though so there's also that.

I can try and give some advice but I can't promise speedy replies anymore. Good luck.

It is a pity to hear, but considering that people are more and more passive with voting each year, maybe it is for the best.

Thanks for all your hard works, Haak & Felix. I perfectly understand not doing another Awards this year not only due to your personal circumstances but also the overall situation of Animesuki now (low traffic, passive voting & all).

The last 2020 Awards was on-point, and probably a good place to stop (being the last year of the 2010s decade and all). It's been an awesome ride, fellas.

Thanks to both you and Felix for carrying the torch so long. Given the decline in voters over the past few years, I don't see much point in trying to carry the tradition forward.

Pity, but understandable. It's a lot of work I definitely wouldn't have put up with. You guys have done a splendid job. It's been consistently my favourite top-of-the-year list since I've been following it (for around 10 years now? I'm in awe.)
