Ok, this is bad. This is soooo bad. I feel like my brain cells are dying one by one. But man, there were some places where I just couldn't stop laughing, even though I wasn't supposed to, so... it's kind of entertaining

It's pretty bad when the only thing I liked in this episode was seeing Hihara again. On a side-note, I read the Linden Aria manga, and I'm wondering what they're doing with this adaptation, since the manga is much, much better (Kanade actually has a personality! I actually laughed when she went "I love you!" to Kyouya and his answer was something like "Your love is worthless/Those words coming from you are empty!").

This compared to the original series is suck. I'll still watch it because I am a completionist. But the main character has an arch that I do not understand. I would understand the understand, "is this your limits" in the midway of the show.

But episode 1-3, she's a mopy, gloomy, insecure, and lets people walk all over her.

Then episde 4 and she gets no dialogue. She has been reduced to making noises and short sentences.

At least in the original La Corda 'd Oro the MC talked and had, a personality. This is really murky water compared to the other reverse harem Kamigami no Asobi.

Urgh, this is so bad and hard to watch.

Just give me Myouga route and be done with it! At least that might entertain.

Well, this series is a very good example of a harem anime in which the MC's non-personality drags down the whole show, and the harem's personalities aren't enough to pull it up.

Again, Kira and Hihara's scene was the only thing I actually didn't fall asleep to, but that's all lingering affection from the first Corda. I'm seriously thinking of dropping this until it's finished and then marathon it for the bits and pieces of the old cast.

See the issue with this anime, is I think the same issue with

La Familiar Arcana or Brave 10.

They have so few episodes planned, that they try to make the plot and characters move as fast as they can with a crappy end.

Gone are the days of a slow developing anime with 24 episodes.

I don't care about the MC

I don't care about the characetrs she surrounds herself with

We watch La Corda for the relationships AND the music. The last La Corda I watched with Lily and the girl with red hair was just more interesting. She developed her character through music.

And she understood people through music.

She also was resorted to making a bunch of "mmm" and "huh" and "hhh" noises throughout the episodes like this MC.

I actually liked Arcana Famiglia anime. This one... It's just boring. It's not "So bad that it's good" like Diabolic Lovers, it's just bad. Also, TOO MANY FREAKING CHARACTERS! No, seriously, they introduced, like what, 7 characters this week? How the hell do you even supposed to remember all of them? I'd rather have Geten no Hana animated (since it have a very strong central plot and characters have personality).

Arcana Familiga was awful.

I saw about one episode of this and couldn't last. At least Kamigami is fun and Yui's kinda awesome.

I don't hate otome adaptations, quite the contrary. There are some good animes that develop characters very well with 12 to 13 episodes. Blue sky is not one of them.

edit-

But as I had mentioned, I have to complete it because I completed the original anime.

About half of the male characters on Corda 3 are really similar in personality.

They're pretty much typical nice guys especially the Seiso and Shiseikan ones and their routes in the game is more like about how Kanade interacts with them rather than showing their background story so probably the staff think there isn't much need to develop them.

Episode 3 and 4 has different scriptwriter from episode 1 and 2, probably that's why Kanade talked less than before. Ironically, events in episode 1 and 2 are mostly anime original while episode 3 and 4 are more similar to what happened in the game.

I'm not sure why you complaining about ending of Brave 10. It's indeed rushed but story-wise and the ending is pretty much the same as the manga (before the author decided to do Brave 10 S).

Episode 5 was better.

Episode 4 I was right about to drop this anime. But it redeems itself.

I have officially dropped this anime. I cannot stand the two MCs.

Kyoya's a fucking dickwad. And the MC girl is just to insecure and annoying. I thought oh maybe she'll gain her confidence in this episode. Nope. Same b.s. different episode.

Where she walks around as a flandering fish and worries to damn much. She has no confidence. She has no confidence since the beginning of the anime. And they gave me no reason to care for her.

All the side characters are more developed than her.

Just got into watching this again because the anime finally starting my favorite guy/school arc. It's also nice to see Len in this episode coupled with him mentioning about Kahoko

Anyone know whether they will release the OST or not?
