Umm...hrm...well, I could easily see this as a possible disaster for me, but maybe it will surprise? I will wait to hear a bit more, I think....

Watamote handled its dark subject matter with comedy quite well, so I wouldn't check this off just yet.

Read this manga before, it was all very cleverly done and the jokes are more about the misconceptions of the disease before the doctor throws in the DSMIV explanation at the end. It's series of short vignettes in the form of a education lessons.

I'm surprised that this manga doesn't get scanlated yet, but it could be too Japanese society culture to be fully appreciated in the west. It's good that the writer is (apparently) a well known Psychiatrist in Japan, so don't worry about getting the facts wrong.

That being said, I could see this being either an OAD or series of shorts. Doubt a full length can work, but it can always surprise me.

Also says it will be a "web anime"...I wonder if that means a "shorts" series?

Episode 1 is available on the official Youtube channel. It doesn't have subs obviously. Episode 2 and later won't be available on Youtube so I'm hoping CR has already start their streams by then.
