Nice scetch there. I don't see anything really to comment further on.

Just one thing questionmarks me. which dot is his nose? the left one or the right one

Actually it's both ^^()
my noses are those two dots (as nostrils) and if u notice there will be a small line in his left eye kinda representing the nose cane .....ok I have a strange style O.o

I see..... well in that case you should bring the two dots a little closer together.
That makes it more obvious and easier to notice
