Same... though I don't put that much sugar in my tea, just some. Honey works rather well for me too.

This thread does move fairly quick too...

Iced Milka Tea is my favorite milk + tea combo, especially the one from Hong Kong. Oooooh yeah! And a straw to enjoy it with is a must.

I drink coffee about 3-5 mugs a day, once a day is minimum or my head will start getting really funny (withdrawal I guess). Often drink one before going to sleep too. I can no longer rely on coffee to carry me through an all-nighter.

Milk is great ! But best be drunk by its own. I'm a growing boy.

I was introduced to bitter coffee as a kid when I was brought into my family's ancestral estate in Blitar region, East Java. We own a decent stretch of coffee plantation there. And frankly, it has been the best coffee I have ever drunk until now. In fact, it doesn't taste as well if you put sugar or milk in it. At least, that's the consensus.

Milk Tea is awesome.

I almost always choose it when given a choice (not really often).

Coffee, I don't drink it regularly. And on really important days, I find myself mixing coffee and milo...

I find this thread moves relatively fast here on AS, but on MAL the Chat threads there sometimes reach 10k posts in a week or so... to be fair, many of the posts are one-liners and there are some nonsensical junk posts also mixed in. But yeah, that's the kind of "moves fast" I'm used to seeing.

When you refresh the page, usually there's a couple of new posts in. In a chat thread in one of my clubs there, "ninja-ing" frequently happens on active days.

I do think this thread will only become more active as more people become regulars in here and users become more familiar with each other. Maybe one day we'll also reach that level of activity. Of course we'd have to avoid junk posts as well or the mods will crack down on us.

I like my teas straight. I'll have a warm milk tea once in a while when I'm in the mood for it. I drink an average 4~6 cups a day, sometimes a lot more. Depends how much time I spend at my desk. And coffee isn't really my thing either, I don't mind the bitterness I just don't like the aftertaste or the taste of coffee in general. The only time I've really liked a hot cup of java was when my cousin who worked at starbucks during his highschool days made me a special recipe cup, and that was delicious. Also I can't stand sweetened ice tea, cannot drink that stuff.

I agree on the milk part, though I'm not sure about the "growing boy".

Funny thing is, I used to hate the white liquid substance when I was in kindergarten. My place had this semi-mandatory free milk giveaways once a week, and I never drank them and discreetly throws them away. Until I 'give in' and drank it. To my own surprise, I liked it.

edit:

damn I'm imagining indecent things.

Coffee- I can drink usually two or three cups a day, but I try to do avoid even having one. Don't want to be a coffee addict. And then there's the problem of if I start drinking it too much, it loses its original intended effect- that of providing caffeine to stay awake

Coffee keeping one awake during the night actually varies from person to person. In my part... I doens't have any effect on me.... I'm still sleepy even after drinking one to two cups of coffee..

I think peanut or rather finger foods will keep you awake better than coffee...

what's 'finger foods'? and why peanut? Do you perhaps mean 'little snacks that makes it hard to stop eating them once you start'?
