I knew the winter Ofunehiki festival is going to get even more terrible than last time the moment I'm ready to start watching, it do not help making the characters feeling better the moment I learn a thing from Chisaki and Miuna when concerning about different layers of love respectively. I didn't expect to suddenly go downhill as the hurricanes comes, except that the one that will be taken from the force of darkness isn't Manaka but Miuna this time. Even worse, it will have an ending that will put a demise towards some characters and I'm not going to feel quite right unless I'm proven wrong. It's getting pretty phenomenal until now but please makes the ending bittersweet instead of being overly tragic.

Let's pretend the writer is not a retard, and the people who did the Ofunehiki last time have thought it through before doing it again. What could possibly go wrong?

I totally called what was gonna happen and it happened. Now Miuna took the place of the ojoshi sama because of her love for Hikari, and knowing it would of never been returned, so that manaka could get her love back. Really sad because I love Manaka as a character. Who know what will happen, in the episode preview, we see a naked Miuna on a beach and the ojoshi sama doll was falling on the grave site. God next thursday can't come soon enough.

looks like some sort of timeskip is gonna happen because the ice is gone in the next episode preview. looks like miuna comes out of it somehow im sure we will know the how next week. The wait just might kill me.

Miuna after the five year skip has long hair, but ties it together in a way that it looks short ... which is kind of a waste and senseless.

if theres another time skip...doesnt look like its gonna be 5 years.... the ice is gone...the lighthouse the towers are all gone... its definitely a long long time...probably when every1 is already gone

I figured another member of the time was going to bite the dust this episode. This time it's Miuna. There's so much drama and one episode left. The preview made it sound so sad and that she'd be lost forever.

Loved it. The show has been on a roll for the past few episodes. This episode went a long way to pay off all the dues it had been accruing for a while.

The love triangle surrounding Chisaki was nicely resolved and although she still seemed to be feeling guilty, she's no longer denying her feelings for Tsumugu, which is the first and most important step to moving on.

Although I hadn't really thought much of Miuna's character up until now, I knew she'd have a role of import to play at the end. Say what you will about her; she's always been there for Hikari and Manaka when they needed her. She's coming to terms with her feelings in her own way and I felt the hurt she was feeling.

The little flashback served in explaining how Tsumugu was sure of Manaka's feelings. At this point I think almost every character has expressed their love for sea in different ways. That and what it means to them-- what it signifies. That thought especially came through in this episode. The best part is that almost every character got to shine and as usual the stunning animation in the latter half of the episode only made it more awesome.

It appears that we've got another timeskip on our hands (probably shorter). Can't wait to see how things turn out next week.

the ojoshi with Manaka's necklase was sinking down there at the end. Pretty sure thats gonna be important. If there is another timeskip however i doubt it will be after Hikari and everyone is gone. and looking at it closer seems like that might be an older Miuna in the preview.

Hmm, maybe the final episode really will be a timeskip episode. That's exciting. We've got three pairings pretty much locked up now. Poor Miuna, maybe she can get with one of the kids of those three pairings.

yea we do have 3 pairs pretty solid. definitely surprised me when Kaname came to keep Sayu safe. totally unexpected but pleasant.

Well, Tsumugu had this plan to outsmart the sea god which everybody in the end (even Uroko-sama) agreed on. Only it literally blew up in his face.

Either way, the Ofunehiki has to happen again in order for the story to end. There's nothing else that anyome else could think of 0.0
