Sadly, its a limited quantity production for sale ONLY at the WF, only 5000 to be made...better cross your fingers that someone will get their hands on more than one and put it on ebay.

...maybe we should all start demanding for public manufacturing!? SOME makers are known to do so if the fan demand is extremely high, even on limited items...although often it'll be limited quantities again. (T^T) Atleast Yuki's figure isnt limited...theres a good chance that you'll find that on online shops and even possibly your favorite anime shops that import figures. *crosses fingers and hopes that local shop will get them in*
