=p Depends on who you are, if your some one who prefers seeing Gai and Co vs Kisame this week and it happens that way it will own, but it will suck for people who prefers Naruto and Co vs Itachi this week, however, it can also be visa versa. Now if your some one who prefers both, and would be happy either way and who rumbles first or second does not matter to you, then it will definitely own. Three positives beats two negative? KiNa wins :O!

it will ultimately suck even if you like those guys because the animation tem sux right now...please go watch older fights..you will see the differance...my prediction is good because even if the story or characters of your imagination comes true still the animators are goofy...

I have seen Naruto since episode 1, including every filler, none the less you do make a valid point. As valid as it is, I don’t feel the animation team is bad to the point where it will take all the enjoyment out of an epic battle between Kisame vs Gai and Co. or Itachi vs Naruto and Co. for people everywhere, and wont keep them on the edge for whats next. Yes they are bad, but not bad enough to kill the enjoyment of a good fight, between good characters or, progression of the story wanting to know whats next. None the less, its not like the animation team does it on purpose, they know how important the fights are to Shippuden so its pretty obvious they will try their best, if not during normal events, at least during the fights. Also, it is a TV series, not a OVA what can you expect lol.

Then it will suck....this show really is a kids show or atleast has become more of a kids show. Perfect for the US.

To be honest, I'm just worry about the pacing.. they seems to found a right pacing for a couple of episodes before, then totally slow down for the previous episode.

I can stomach some bad animation episodes.. its the story thats the utmost important IMO..

Of course.. I'm eagerly waiting for "peacock" .. @ Shika, a yes or no on the peacock is very much appreciated if you doing the summaries later on, I'm out now and prolly wont be able to get my hands on the raw >.>

I just hope he undersand what I'm refering too anyway ._.

Lmao! Funny you should mention that, I’m glad I’m not the only one who has noticed this, I remember making a post in the past regarding this issue in the episode 12 thread. Yea, I totally agree.

Hmm, this episode actually I should say Shippuden has been good in terms of Animation, Fight Scenes and things like that, Its great to watch if your not a manga reader. However, if you are It would annoy the hell out of you, as it does to me. I'm always noticing tids and bits, and pieces left out, or lines changed, things misplaced, which were important to me as I was reading the Manga I'm not sure why the anime does this, maybe because they want to take the anime to another direction who knows (More childish and TV suitable?).

As far as it goes, the things the Anime leaves out makes it so the Anime is no where near as Dark, Emotional, or even Romantic as the Manga, and that bothers me slightly, the most recent episode where they have the little chat between Chiyo, Sakura, Naruto, and Kakashi about Bijuu, there was so much left out in terms of interaction between Sakura x Naruto, in fact pretty much through all of Shippuden in terms of Sakura x Naruto after time skip, things were either left out, changed, not shown, or just never happened.

None the less, I'm here to see the fight scenes animated, not the details I guess it just sucks that most people who watch the Anime but not read the Manga would be missing out on all that. Still I guess I can't complain till I see how this fight scene is animated.

Episode starts with a short summary of last episode, Kisame captures Gai's students and Naruto's team turns into Itachi's. Kisame continues to badmouth Gai, while Pakkun watches on. Kisame's samehada will only obey Kisame, so Gai picks out his nunchuks (sp?). Kisame thinks things will be interesting, while Lee, Neji and Tenten can do nothing but look on. Kisame charges at Gai. Opening animation.

Naruto vs Itachis. Naruto sends a kunai into all the Itachi's who sloooowly turn into birds. Naruto realizes he's caught in genjutsu even though he didn't look into Itachi's eyes. Itachi explains his finger was enough to trap Naruto. He ensures Naruto that he doesn't have to worry about mangekyou sharingan since he can't use it now... Naruto flashbacks to ero-sennin who's trying to teach Naruto how to deal with genjutsu. Naruto is more interested in learning genjutsu himself, but Jiraiya simply tells him he's not the type, but he has to learn how to deal with it no matter what. While the flashback is somewhat informative on how to stop genjutsu, it's a little bit longer than it has to be. (It's not enough for me to complain, but judging from last week I can imagine some people will.) Naruto puts what he's learned to use.

Commercial break.

Back again, but at the other fight. Gai is having some trouble with Kisame. It initially starts off with some lame fighting filler and more "you are..." jokes. At the same time Tenten (being a girl and obviously the weakest link) starts having trouble breathing. Gai is pummeled into the deapths of the water where Kisame sends his killing move after him. The scene is extended quite a bit compared to the manga, but in the end Gai realizes his only chance is to open the 6th gate. You can imagine the tables turning I'm sure. At the same time Neji figures out how to break out of the water prison, but for some reason the anime team has him use hakke rokujuuyonshou to do it. As Gai takes a preporatory stance (Lee calls out "that stance!".) the scene transitions back to Naruto seemingly breaking out of the genjutsu.

End of episode.


Yeah, ok, I can understand if people are dissapointed. It really feels slow the way the fights keep interupting eachother. Don't hate the messenger.

Hope you're satisfied Kira, but I assume you're not.

I think i actually took the pictures from you ....it was a perfect example of how Naruto should not be....but then again...you guys are rather sharp because i didnt notice this scene at all untill you guys made it like this:

Hahaha... I remember this, you do realize that’s not at all how it really was, all he was doing is adjusting the strap that holds the kunai pouch around his leg, the scene was over in a second or less, its the back and forth loop effect put on the .gif that makes it seem like that >_<;.

you know what i am afraid of naruto&co and itachi will stare each other for another episode after kakashis attack.. so sad... i missed the fights as in forest of death : sasuke vs orochimaru and others... so sad...so pathetic...

I really want to pop through the screen and give you nice little lecture.

The episode is 20 minutes long if you take out the credits and intro. How much do you expect to be crammed into that time limit? It is not slow paced, almost everything is taken directly from the pages of the manga.

Stop f'ing complaining, that is all.



btw stop messing with the polls before the episode is even out.

However there are a LOT of unnecessary things in the episodes. Just take Gais idiotic "You are ..." jokes as an example ...

Have you seen the older episodes? (Before the °|¢@#¦!!)(/(ç-fillers) ? There were a lot of interesting fights and all of them had more action than 3 of shippuden fights.
