Trust me, there are plenty of Keroko's, and not just in this universe either. There is the 'what if Keroko never met Nanoha untill highschool' Keroko, the 'Seiou prototype Keroko' (yes, she still exists in my head) the 'sentoukijin Keroko'... the list goes on and on. I'm well aware of that. This was an attempt to blow a bit of life back in the thread, didn't work that well this time. I figuered Kha would launch into some crack possesed scenario, but he didn't even catch Kamina's mysterious change of eye color (I'm rather disapointed, Kha) Obviously the eye color change was mine, as was the lightening of the skin.

Sayoko is best described as a “tsundere”: she usually acts harsh towards other people to show them who’s in control, but is internally kindhearted and concerned of their welfare. She is a bit egotistical and always refuses to admit even small mistakes, which often drags her into endless arguments with her surrogate brother Takeru (this is worsened by the fact that Takeru likes to annoy her for her “flat chest”). She also blushes quite easily whenever she gets excited or embarrassed.

Sayoko isn’t good at cooking and every attempt done at the kitchen usually ends up with a burnt meal or, if luck’s with her, a chicken porridge. She is also concerned of her weight although she doesn’t have the willpower to control her eating habit, resulting in an “eat now, fret later” attitude. She also likes collecting ribbons and goggles, the latter often making her ridiculously declare “THE GOGGLES! THEY DO NOTHING!” whenever she puts on them.

Sayoko never talks of anything about her past, and chooses to avoid conversations whenever her family is mentioned.

Lol, charecter development. Looks quite good and alright, though she does seem to fall into a number of archtypes. The only way for her to stand out will be for you to write and develop her further. (Lol dfc tsundere though.)

Sayoko came from the respected Winchester House, a powerful merchant family in the Antioch Republic that conducts salt and mineral trades with neighbouring nations. As the youngest heir of the clan, Sayoko was taught and trained on the mannerism of a well-behaved noble, and everybody had a soft spot for her in their hearts for her generosity towards all those who seeked for making business with her family.

Sayoko’s life took an abrupt turn when her whole family was assassinated after the Winchester House issued a decree to abolish the usage of Antioch Sterlings and instruct all merchants to switch to the more reliable Visalian Dollars. This enraged other influential families, especially the feuding Mauser Clan who intended to seize control of the currency for their own use. Terrified by the massacre happening before her eyes, Sayoko fled to northern Antioch but was continually pursued by the assassins who had been paid to erase any trace of Winchester House’s legacy.

Eventually the assassins had her cornered and executed a plan to kill her by blowing her hiding place with bombs. It was to be thwarted by the interference of the Belkan Empire’s Foxhound Unit, and Sayoko was later rescued after the Foxhounds stormed the assassins and rescued Sayoko.

When the Foxhounds returned to Belka, Sayoko was entrusted to the caretaking of Frieda since she was partly responsible for rescuring her from the assassins. At first Frieda was considering to give the orphan child to welfare house but after listening to advices from her colleagues she decided to bring Sayoko to her home in Comona Islands. Along her eight years of staying on the island, Sayoko personally learned the curve of magic systems from Frieda but was very afraid of becoming a member of any organization; it was understandable, since she had lost her family to another faction.

Sayoko’s new family expanded when Frieda adopted Takeru after she brought him back from Earth. At first she did not welcome his presence and frequently treated him as an inferior, always thinking that he would steal Frieda’s attention from her, but she later came to a mutual understanding with the boy after she accepted his role in the family although she still didn’t go along with him very well.

Currently Sayoko is applying for a membership in the Foxhound Unit after she is found to be an adept combatant. Although reluctant to fully use her potential strength in Visalian magic, Sayoko agrees to learn the magic system on slow paces.

OKay, a few things to note. 1st, the Winchesters (ref noted) are a noble merchant house? Hmmm. Fair bit of power they've got. And everyone gangs up on them and Sayoko escapes?

Either the assasins are incompetant, she's really lucky, or both, but this is exceptionally rare. How old was she when the massacare happened?

Sayoko's treatment of Takeru in the beginning seems about par for the course, for older siblings to get younger siblings, there's jealousy involved alright. Still, at this time, it seems alright, but for the assasinations and escapings part - replying here or come on IRC, and I think we can tune it better... and zomg ototo/onee-chan not related by blood relationship? Do Freakin' Want.

Sayoko has no obvious talent in magic, but instead her field of specialty relies on reading and predicting enemy movement, therefore performing a counterattack before the enemy does. The skill is honed through extensive training under Frieda’s gunmanship, and it is further improved after Sayoko acquires the Silberkugel from Takeru. She also learns Gun Kata and even develops her own fighting style, which she dubs “Waltz of the Cloud”.

Sayoko’s device, Silberkugel, is designed to resemble the famous M1911 handgun. It has female voice, speaks in Visalian English after adjustments by Takeru and addresses Sayoko as “Madam”. Occassionally Silberkugel will take human form to provide assistance, whenever Sayoko sees fit.

Barrier Jacket
Sayoko’s barrier jacket is designed to resemble a combat maid, complete with gloves and protective goggles. As in any Barrier Jacket, it protects its wearer from injury during impact or crash.

Hexagon Shield
It deflects all attacks coming from the front or any direction the spell is aimed to.

Camouflage Skin
This ability used for camouflage to conceal the caster from visual contact, therefore protecting the caster from being seen by target. However, against advanced-level detection ability this spell is rendered useless.

Alter-Image
This ability increases the caster’s ability to dodge any oncoming attacks. Like its namesake suggests, the caster will be seen to have alter-images following behind.

Load Cartridge
This is not an attack, but refers to Silberkugel’s procedure of reloading a cartridge.

Execute
Also not an attack; Silberkugel says this when using cartridges.

Perception
Also not an attack, but refers to the ability to increase field of vision, therefore improving line of sight. This spell is also affected by other factors like weather, caster's willpower and, most important for a sniper, the target's ability to conceal itself via any methods.

Hmmm. Not many defensive spells, but they generally appear okay. Im more skeptical about the gun kata, though, but I can't say more until it actually is seen, in order to decide. One main thing: How does Alter-Image work? In fact, I think you mean After-Image - anyway, how does it allow her to dodge, specifically? Speeds her up? Makes decoy copies? You need to adress this issue before I can evaluate further.

AUG Assault Alpha
A basic shooting-type spell where the user merely compresses magic power in the shape of a bullet, accelerates it and sends it forth. It is Silberkugel’s primary attack.

AUG Assault Beta
A variation of the basic AUG Assault, it creates an explosive homing magic bullet that locks at the target’s heat signature. Its greatest advantage over other guided shooting spells is its automated homing ability, which leaves the caster free to perform another action.

AUG Formation Assault
More advanced than AUG Assault’s previous forms, this is Sayoko’s personal favourite move as it allows her to literally “dance” around the battlefield and exploits her naturalborn talent as waltz dancer. During the manoeuvre, both Alpha and Beta versions of AUG Assault are used to its maximum efficency although at the cost of cut speed and defence.

Joker’s Surprise
Silberkugell’s ultimate attack, the execution of this ability requires the dual handguns to combine and transform into a Gatling Gun. Then, after using all magic bullets and recycling all residual magic, Sayoko will fire the weapon at a large area, using all of its supply until it no longer has remaining energy. Because of its nature as “trump card”, this ability is used only as a last resort.

I note AUG, reference to the Steyr rifle? Joker's Surprise is what appears haxxed to me. It sounds like it's a bit too much for a C-rank mage to handle; I'd suggest that you write it down as a theoretical spell, planned to be Sayako's trump card for when she hits B.

Okay, I think that's about it. I'll give her a restricted pass (lol Sarawak) for now, and wait and see further before I give judgement.

Nope, no Lost Logia/Eternity Swords for Alpha Naomi. The OFM are all about more-or-less better than average mages who are not special or Aces, but can be Ace-level due to skill, guts, courage, determination, hard work...

...and a crapload of guns and ammo.

Now for my answer:

Tentatively for Rebuilt, Fuyuno works for Lowe Gear along with Kai in the Lowe Guild of Salvagers.

Lingo and Darco were Kai's classmates.

Night & Gale is the black and white revolver tonfa device used by Gimmy Mifuelle, and is supposedly named after Nightmare, a renown warrior of the elite Saint Guard unit, the Cadian Shock Troopers.

Aaron "008" Ralliart and T'shou Uryuu work in the Troopers' machine corps.

Lowe is still active in the Troopers, but Sora opted to be a reservist. By StrikerS, Lingo achieved a commanding rank amongst the Troopers.

Sadly, several Troopers by StrikerS have since retired, some of the most notable being the unit's "An Hero", and the Troopers' snarky and strict, but highly-respected disciplinarian "Tee-Kay".

Even one of Sophia's false alias, Anita Sarawak, is a registered Trooper, and she still uses that when she wants to move around Inner Space untracked.

It is rumored that a hermaphroditic entity known only as Skeith/Satashi haunts the grounds of the Troopers' hallowed firebase...

Kriss Lanza and Ghaz Gkhull are still in boot camp.

And Erio may follow wherever Caro goes, but with his original being born in Cadia City, home of the Troopers, he knows a part of him will always be a Cadian Trooper.

Special Moves:

As with any self-respecting Belkaranger would have, Julie has her own set of special moves created through the combination of the various spells in her arsenal. Most of these are ranged attack spells made using her “Seven Swords” arsenal through her Impulse and Wizard spells.

Cannonball Shoot -

While Julie’s Boost Jump is more powerful than that of Asagi and Mayura’s, Julie can propel herself even farther by going though an oversized Gunner Wizard ring, essentially using herself as a projectile. While used mostly to enhance her mobility, this move can also be used offensively, with Julie blasting herself towards her enemies. This move can also be used to give Julie a form of “pseudo-flight” by “bouncing” into rings while in mid air to keep herself aloft, and in this manner the move is called “Ring Hop”. This move is quite dangerous with Julie having no control of her flight path once in the air, with the massive amount of energy needed to create such massive rings complicating matters, and is used only when absolutely necessary.

Blade Storm –

Asides from her Seven Swords, Julie also keeps an hefty load of physical throwing knives on her person. Julie can throw these knives using her Wizard spells to enhance their effectiveness, and her favorite method of using them is to summon all 6 of her Slash Wizard Rings around her and “load” them with knives using her teleport spell before unleashing them in a salvo against her enemies. As these Wizard Rings are maintained for as long as Julie needs them to she can keep loading them with knives, pelting her opponents with rain upon rain of knives, until her enemies are annihilated or she runs out of ammo.

Iron Blizzard –

This magically-taxing technique is similar in principle to Blade Storm, but using Julie’s Strike Balls and Gunner Wizard Rings instead. While Julie can only summon up to two Strike Balls she can keep creating them as long as her magic holds out, essentially giving her unlimited ammunition, unlike with her knives. Since Julie can only summon two balls at a time she needs a minimum of only two Wizard Rings, although she can enhance each ball’s already potent destructive power by using 3 rings per ball. And with each ball’s “Bunshin Makyuu” splitting ability she can unleash a wide-area torrent of magical explosive firepower at any spot where lots of death and destruction is needed, making it Julie’s most powerful technique.

Sturm Bolt –

The best and most concise way to describe this move would be: A Gunner/Blaze Impulse-propelled Baseball Bat, typically Julie’s Shuriken Bat, with a 90% knock-out rate. This is Julie’s most effective weapon anti-stupid weapon.

While Julie’s Seven Swords are too valuable to be used as mere Wizard Ring ammunition, there have been cases when Julie has used them as such against powerful enemies due to their power and enhanced magical abilities. Julie can launch up to six of her swords at once in Blade Storm fashion, though their uniqueness means using them in this manner is a one-shot affair, and she’ll have to recover her blades manually, though she can use her teleport spell to “recall” them if they’re less than 10 meters away.

Buster Homerun –

One of Julie’s strangest uses for her Shuriken Bat is to use it to deflect and redirect an enemy ball-type physical or magic shot by batting it right back at them, which is accomplished through a specially-cast Triangle Shield on the batting head. While its practicality in combat is questionable, it has proven to be a useful move in certain cases, the threat of collateral damage aside.

OMNI Slash –

Julie’s most powerful single sword technique, this is one of her more powerful trump cards. Julie charges at her enemy using Sonic Move with a dashing slash. If it misses, Julie maintains momentum by bouncing off a waiting Gunner Wizard Ring and recasting Sonic Move, redirecting her charge at the enemy in the blink of an eye without losing speed. By changing her orientation and deflection from each “bounce”, Julie can attack from different directions each time, confusing her enemy and allowing her to press on the attack until he is overwhelmed. This technique allows her to maintain the advantages of Sonic Move without its time limitations, and it can be used to overwhelm a single opponent, or an entire battalion of foes.

Though powerful, the intense forces on Julie’s body from the abrupt and nauseating changes in direction and constant high speed movement can leave her highly exhausted and strained, and if her attack fails she would be too weak and incapable of defending herself from attack.

Blade of Vengeance: OMNI Blade –

The ultimate of Julie’s Special Moves, and her most powerful melee technique, feared by all those who’ve seen its power. The OMNI Blade is a remarkably simple concept on paper: At the first opportunity Julie launches her enemy high into the air with a powerful strike, then assaults the enemy with OMNI Slash while at the same time launching a random sequence of timed Blade Breakers with 6 of her swords. By recalling each sword before it gets out of her range and re-launching them through Wizard Rings from different directions Julie can unleash an unceasing barrage of swords from all sides that will tear apart even the toughest enemies till he is utterly and unquestionably obliterated. For those unlucky enough to have forced Julie to use this technique, it is like a hail of blades descending upon them from all sides – from above, below, left, right, front, back, and everywhere in between - leaving them with no room to escape.

This ultimate technique is incredibly difficult to execute, for Julie not only has to attack the enemy at high speed, but also coordinate the launch, recall, and relaunch of all 6 flying blades – and timing her attacks to not get hit by her own weapons, on top of evading and anticipating enemy counterattacks and maintaining her own altitude with Wizard Rings. This overwhelming complexity makes this move extremely dangerous and risky for Julie to perform under normal situations, and it is a move most effective only against individual targets and opponents.

Also, the very nature of the OMNI Blade makes it impossible for Julie herself to WANT to use it, no matter the situation; As the sadistic epitome of excessive overkill, only Trisha, Julie’s persona of vengeance and hatred, has the mentality and killer desire to execute this move flawlessly, and thus OMNI Blade can only be unleashed when this Avenger takes over the reins.

So far, this move has only been recorded in action only 4 times in Julie’s entire life so far – with all four victims successfully terminated with extreme prejudice, including recently the infamous S-ranked rogue Knight Sven, which helped spread the terrifying legend of this technique amongst criminals and the TSAB alike.

Tury playfully calls her “Big Sis”.
Yen’s name for her is “Comrade”.
Catty calls her by her complete name “Asagi Colwell”.

- Julie’s disguises are more or less perfect to the point that most mages would need to concentrate in order to pick out her unique magical signature. Strangely enough, Asagi can confidently identify Julie at a glance no matter what disguise she uses, unlike Mayura who would have difficulty picking out the girl without at least a proper scan.

The only time Asagi has failed to identify Julie’s disguise was then the latter disguised herself as Mitsuomi Takahashi, the actor behind Boukenger’s BoukenRed, in order to lure the stalking and awe-struck Asagi away from the real Takahashi and prevent an embarrassing disaster from taking place. Thankfully the matter was resolved without much incident, and the Belkarangers got to claim their individual mementos from the star.

- While she was introduced to Super Sentai first due to Asagi’s influence, Julie has a slight preference towards the Metal Heroes series of Japanese Tokusatsu shows, with her favorite of that series being “Uchuu Keiji Shaider” (Space Sheriff Shaider).

Her all time favorite Toku character though is Shurikenger from the Super Sentai title “Ninpuu Sentai Hurricanger”, reflected in her use of his costume as one of her barrier jacket designs. The character’s story as a faceless ninja forever disguising himself as other people is one of his appeals to Julie’s own predicament, not to mention his love of baseball and over-the-top attitude, and when using her incidentally named “Shurikenger” form she copies out his mannerisms almost perfectly. When speaking about him, Julie always refers to him as “Shurikenger-sama”.

- Ever since she could remember, Julie has had an incredible aptitude for acting and drama. This aspect of her makes a lot of her duties as an infiltrator possible, and it is also the base for her representation of her various personas. Despite this talent though, Julie has repeatedly denied the invitations, requests and suggestions of her entering show business.

- Julie has incredible access to all manner of digital and human intelligence resources, all due to the influence of her eldest brother and current head of LM Digital Andrew Liu Ming, who has lots of connections in various intelligence agencies in Ordered Space due to their reliance on equipment and services provided by their family’s company, and her sister Tina, who works as a TSAB Intelligence field agent. While Julie is not cleared to access high-level sensitive information, she is still able to gain leads and tips on Lost Logia movements and locations from her sources, invaluable to SGS operations.

- Despite being the self-proclaimed romantic of the bunch, Julie has so far failed to attract or maintain a relationship with any guy she has been introduced to, most often due to… interference from her various personas popping out due to her almost chronic nervousness and confusion as Ocean when it comes to matters of love. Many horror stories abound, from Trisha threatening to cut off a suitor’s private parts, to finding out her partner had a Lolita complex when Tury showed up, and even Saul’s body appearing just as her date French kissed her…
