In my observation that there isn't a single poster who hate what Koyomi did in this episode is because the MC is a he. B-i-a-s. If it was Hitagi who was doing this to a some guy(while committed with Koyomi) and heavily implied that they kissed and do beyond that, you can see a rage posts from most of the poster. This actually perfectly fits me

I can't believe that the same scene can be feel so erotic, so weird and ridiculously hilarious at the same time. Well, but it still leaves a bad taste considering that Araragi has already had Hitagi as his girlfriend.

I think you will have to admit that by episode 3 it was clear this author was writing Nisemonogatari to solely have some fun. It's like someone who is enjoying by stretching his hands and body while still on the chair after staying up all night to finish a report. Plot relevancy took a backseat in Nise if compared to Bake. Nise seems to be all about creating lighter situation in the most ridiculous fashion possible. Frankly, I'm not worried about how the next plot point could be fitted in the remaining episode considering how little plot has gone in each of this episode of Nisemonogatari. I personally have been thoroughly entertained with this approach thus far.
