Makes me wonder what autor wanted to say with the name of this chapter "Rainbow's End" Is it reffering to the place where a rainbow points - those legends with Leprechauns, gold and four-leaf clovers. Or is it refferig to the point in time when a rainbow stops shining and disapears.. Hope he does not want to kill her.

Maybe this is a flash-back chapter on how Saten and Uiharu became friends is my guess, why else would Saten do a new hair style unless she wants to talk about the past. (they usually do this kind of stuff in manga) This is my guess.

Anyway we all know for a fact that Saten gets to live long enough to reach New Testament 1. I don't remember anymore, it doesn't leave much of an impression for me.

Saw the raws. This chapter is, as expected, centered around Saten's and Uiharu's friendship.
Still there were a few surprises, including... Spoiler for surprise:
Incidentally, it has been confirmed that the new arc is taking place shortly before the Daihaseisai. |

I personally hoped they would show at least a bit from Etzali, because somewhere in vol 15 he got a small fight with Xochitl. The fight really felt rushed, so I hoped showing of Etzali now would give more chances for that fight to apear in railgun manga from XOCHITL's point of view. Xochitl is a railgun character more or less (she got most screentime in railgun ss1) plus became friends with Saten/Misaka which gives hopes for some science/magic encounters.

-Maybe it is some sort of joke. You know, a variation of the usual "low-individuality", "forgotten heroine" gags. |
