There's a reason we say "sushi" instead of "raw slices of fish placed on shaped and vinegared rice"... some times its just better to import a word or phrase.

ah well... not raging over it - it just means I'll have to explain it to anyone who reads my books.

orrrrr.... you can use a White out or Sharpie (your choice) and destroy that error replace that term, and correct it.

Well, it's not exactly surprising that there'd be a few new characters. After all, the girls are in a completely new environment now, they need new people to interact with.

What I'm curious about, though, is how the band aspect will be handled.

Looks like the author's drawing style continues to improve (its always interesting watching a comic artist evolve from early days to present).

I still like his 2007-2008 styles better... after that the characters looked more "rounded" and the body proportion (such as height) often got wrong

And on a less superficial note...

...let's hope they'll actually become good characters too.

(Then again, I don't expect these characters to be given a lot of development. The focus needs to be on the four main characters, after all, and there's only so much screentime - er, panel time? - to go around)

Well with Azusa and Ui gone its basically a replacement for them. I think they will get just as much screen time as they did if not a little less.

Ui, Azusa, and Jun will be back in their own version of the manga (I think coming out later this month...but I could be wrong). They are the ones that need a new member.

I'm not going to lie, this is really freaking me out. The fact that when I first read this manga they were only first year high school students and now they're in Uni is really weird. They grew up right in front of me yet they look the same.

And interestingly enough - that's often true of real life people though they themselves might not think so.

winhlp32 (¬‿¬) Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Boyzone	Spoiler for New K-On chapter: One of the new characters has become Yui's new playtoy(The black haired one) lol, a lot of people are raging on the Asian forums, accusing Yui of "cheating" on Azunyan. I personally find the new girl cute. She's the closest thing to a tsundere we have on K-On! so far...we even got a "I'll never accept you!" line.
