Played a little on Asia, sadly EU servers seem to be totally swamped.

Maintenance came and ruined my fun though. Are characters cross-server? Guessing they're not.

The way I see it you might as well drop. Played the waiting game for an hour, it's pretty bad. Given you don't seem to be part of any que or anything I'm guessing "retrieving hero list" just doesn't have a fail state.

Oh well, maintenance in Asia is over so back to hunting before I go to sleep.

I tried the Asian servers, and I could log in immediately.

All my friends are of course on the European servers ;P

I got in, but just now it said Servers shutting down or something in 14mins.

Part of the game is accessed through the Blizzard servers to make hacks, bots, dupes, etc. harder to make.

And because Blizz wants you under their thumb!

So far throughout the game I don't think I have one piece of tier gear :/ I am near act 3 now. Kind of fustrating, but I have a legendary so Il keep hushed

I havn't died yet either, finding it really easy most of the time on Witch Doctor. Some tricky situations, but thats only against bosses.

Well Hell will be hard of course, I think Nightmare I maybe able to make it through without dying. I am a experienced player so

But I might be suprised and get a ass whippin on the skeleton king.
Does anyone know if EU can create parties to USA?

Any idea on how to get this game to run in a widescreen ratio in windowed mode? This thing won't fit my second widescreen as a bloody box.

Server issues aside (which I'm sure will be fine when eleventybillion people stop overloading Blizzards internets), the game is definitely fun. There is plenty of things to see, plenty of things to kill, and the learning curve is good. I'm enjoying the story, although in regards to voice acting they really need to give Metzen something else to do.
