Well, yeah, but still, for him to just so easily walk into the Dark Side of Academy City and then find Shiage and begin to wage war... Couldn't we of least gotten a bit better build up rather then one novel?

Considering that Misaka Worst still has her injuries from WW3, it is probably not that much of a long time jump.

Also, until further notice I am taking all mentions that Touma is back with a little bit of salt...

An undershirt for Russia's cold is going to be quite thick, even for just an undershirt.

Unfortunately, that undershirt seems to be delegated to the Winter Wear section of Accelerator's Closet, and not part of his "Snazzy All-Season T-Shirts."

Of all the things in this volume, one would think that the return of Touma after that cliffhanger on his character would warrant an illustration.

Don't recall there ever being one

In the first place there's more illustration on ITEM than on the Accelerator family.

Mah if it's true that he's back, then it's not that much of a cliffhanger hence not so important to warrant an illustration.

In any case the spoilers haven't been very coherent, there seem to be some prove that he's back and even in Academy City judging from an apparent translation of a conversation, but altogether there's more holes than a golf course. For one thing, why hasn't there been any details regarding this new character... Sorry, this other new character, the so-called [Freshman] that everyone is speculating about, I would imagine this person to be central to the plot for this volume...

In the lineart for Wintercoat Russiaccelerator, it showed what Accelerator wore underneath his coat, which is a redesigned version of his long-sleeve t-shirt.

Of course, throughout the course of the WW3's image illustrations with Russiaccelerator, he was never once actually drawn with just that shirt since no one tried to strip him.
