Yes. Very specific. Down to the time frame of the episode which you want as a sig.

Don't look at me, I'm not a sig-maker. On the other hand, if you're willing to just take any sig with Matsuri in it, maybe you can wait around until one of the sig-makers release a freebie.

Well, I'm already set for an avatar, so I'll let someone else claim that one.

They sure do like animating Matsuri with her back to the camera. Never really noticed that before, but it happens a lot.
