Thats what it said in the spoilers, but when I read it, it didnt happen. The past host of Boosted Gear told Ise to use Gift on Rias's oppai to take it to the next stage.

question, if vali can halve rias breast isn't possible for ise to make them 2 times bigger?

Maybe the first on his to do list when he comes back is to restore Rias breasts after they shrunk down from the Gundam X Breast Satellite Cannon System fiasco (If they're not restored already).

Yeah, Tiamat is female. I thought Tiamat was coming out in volume 11 because there's a baby blue-dragon with Opfus. But she didnt appear. So she's the only Dragon-king which hasnt appeared yet.

Also I checked few pages back and there were things some people wanted to know.
Shalba
After he released the monsters to havoc in the Underworld, he kidnaps Opfus(weakened). So Ise goes to save Opfus. Ise fights Shalba, and blows him away and kills him. Shalba also shot an arrow which is tainted with Samuel's blood on it to Ise.

Kunou Academy
In volume 11, its revealed that the Academy also has University for it is well. So Rias and Akeno will be going there ")

Hmmm. I wonder how they will characterize her and what her interactions w/ Issei will be? I'm sure it will be hilarious mainly bec of the fact that she's female.

I'm sure some people will think I'm crazy but... is there really any reason for Issei to make Rias breasts bigger? I personally like them the way they are now (before they shrank of course). I think they strike a nice balance.... Mmmm...

After volume 3 I'm going to do some chapters in volume 8 since episode 6 will include one of it.
