Wow, an actually decent adaptation. Most LN-to-manga adaptions sucked because of poor art, but looks like they got a good mangaka to do this one.

Just read the manga and it caught my interest. The setting of the story, priestess and song remind me of the game Ar tonelico. Is there any translation out there in english or any other language I could find?

Not sure where you read that....Just checked the site and I couldn't find any mention of quitting translations of this series. In fact, he just started up vol 4.

Hey hey! It looks like zmgx is not going to retire after all!! He stated that he is just getting busy since he has finally stepped into the adult world so the translation might get slower than usual, but oh we'll that won't matter anyway since he is back with vol 4 now. The prologue to volume 4 was just translated.There is even a manga explaining about Ilis past,It appears her name was Ilis because in ancient language(in the manga) it meant "Hope".And in that manga they have enemies called "phantoms" similiar to Eden enemies,also in the manga Ilis is regarded as a hero.Also the apprentice-printcess red haired one that quit being a princess knew Ymy.

That manga and the novel are all canon. The manga takes place before the novel.
