I don't really buy the same games for multiplatforms but I really feel a need for BF3. It's just the sex!

It's the mess that BF3 is, I'll probably get it if they eventually resolve the steam thing, just because i don't like have 30 plus platforms to play my games, espeically since I've gone super casual on gaming, I just want one neat little bundle to access all my games, and EA doesn't have a great track record with their digital distribution channels.

Wow, the graphics were amazing, and i suffered no lag even in windowed mode..
its alpha but some really bad bugs, like not dieing when i shoot them in the head, and I know i did because it showed the little curser that lets you know if you hit them. also some jerk off was yellin at me because i was driving a tank horribly, i JUST got into the game and have no idea what is what.. and he goes ahead and calls me a noob and tells me to leave. (Major reason why i dispise online shooters)

Erk, what a jack off. Not really unexpected though. I had a tendency to crash the jeeps cause i didn't turn fast enough in BF2... never mind the stupid helicopters!
What were you running the game on settings wise and what's your hardware like?

True, but by having Origin, your just adding to more CPU usage or w/e. Then again, PC gamers that buy titles like BF3 and stuff should ALREADY have a decent-to good-epic PC and running both Steam and Origin shouldn't be a problem (+1 to the first comment you go to when you scroll down a bit on that link). Anyhow, yea, it'll suck to have to install another steam-type application to play BF3, I personally hate crowding my HD with crap stuff I don't need or have low use .
