Blasphemous might have been too strong a word, disappointing might have been a better term to use.

EDIT: Wait, doesn't that mean all we hear when it goes 'fade-to-black' is the sound of grunts, flesh hitting flesh, groans and/or cries of pain? As in, like, watching DBZ with your eyes closed?

I was only referring to the Hawaii Invasion portion; the rest I'm aware of.

And just saying, the long-winded 'oh' made me laugh for reasons I can't explain.

I'm not sure if those are reactions to how fans possibly see those phrases in a negative light; because Kamachi's style is changing; or really like others said specifically that it might be foreshadowing something about Touma? (I'm also still not forgetting about the fight between him and 120% beast mode index. It would be amazing if that happens next volume as a result of the events of volume 9)

taking away his catch phrase is too extreme,
i dont believe thats simply a change in style

though im not sure about destroying illusion, i believe he has said 'such misfortune''

dont know if IDTI counts

I wonder now after the Othinus problem and her insane power... if the next thing we are going to have to deal with is...

Rikou becoming level 5... or a level 6 esper appearing.

I feel like it would be a comparable problem to Othinus since Touma compares a level 6 esper to her at one point, in the wiki, and notes that it's similar to the goal of trying to have a mind that can understand the realm of God in a human body...

There are a lot of loose threads for things that can go wrong now... and with the chaos happening now, I have a feeling something will happen in Academy City...

I also find it noteworthy that the railgun manga is dealing with a sort of "level 6" problem right now, so I'm wondering if indeed the next step in the series is for that to actually happen... maybe with Accelerator or the #6 who no one knows about...???

Although the level 6 incident in Railgun is doomed to fail, since it specifically said only Accelerator can become a level 6 without dying the instant he arrives at the realm. Aleister also specifically pointed out in OT that he's after something beyond the level 6, but who knows, a level 6 might make a pretty good toy to him
