There are lots of great romance series where the couple gets married and is dating for a long time.
Fushigi Yuugi Ayashi no Ceres High School Debut Mars Wild Act Peach Girl Kare Kano Bokura ga Ita Sailor Moon Happy Hustle High The Devil Does Exist Kare First Love Akuma De Sourou Black Bird Marmalade Boy Paradise Kiss Fushigi Yugi Ceres Celestial Legend B.O.D.Y. Land of the Blindfolded Ultra Cute Missile Happy! Sand Chronicles Absolute Boyfriend Fushigi Yuugi manga is longer and better and wonderful, but it has OVAs. The Fushigi Yugi manga is much longer than the anime, lots more kissing, sex, weddings, proposals, marriages. The anime does have OVAs which cover part of the manga half after he returns and they are engaged and as they are planning the wedding. I recommend the manga, it's great. Bokura ga Ita and Marmalade Boy are great romance series, by the way.
