Incredible, incredible soundtrack. I've been waiting for this for months.

I have a question. Can anyone identify the track at 5:24 in this video? I have all three soundtracks, and I don't think it's in there (unless I missed it). I'd like to also know where it plays, as it sounds familiar.

It's a variation of Decretum, the first track on OST 2. Otherwise known as Sayaka's Theme.

Madoka-chan.. Sad background music, but beautiful at the same time.

Finally got the OST 3.

Surgam identidem, Sagitta luminis, Symposium magarum, Pergo pugnare and La Fille aux Cheveux de Lin (the last is obviously not originally from Madoka) stand out to me, most of them of the soothing music variety.

Do you guys recall listening to a techno/hardtrance arrange/remix of the magia OP that played as BGM in one of the episodes? I think it was one of the later episodes but it was really good.

I tried to look for it on youtube but I only found a bunch of fanmade remixes, not the actual remix that was played in the anime.

A full orchestra will play the music of the Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime in a free live concert in Tokyo's Hachiko district on April 6. "Walpurgis Night's Dream" will be a concert by fan for fans — 70 amateur musicians who happen to be Madoka Magica fans will perform.

The concert's organizers, Die Walpurgisnacht Symphoniker (The Walpurgis Night's Symphony Orchestra), are asking for people willing to "make a contract" to perform. The event will feature 15 pieces from the anime's soundtrack, under the guidelines set out by the creators at Nitroplus for derivative works.
