I'ld suggest reading wikipedia's rules for images and copyrights. Bleach is a copyrighted work, but I'm not sure if such a small image clip would be a copyright violation. They seem to have 100 different ways of justifying the images on their site.

Since Wikipedia is a not for profit information database, I believe fair use laws allow snippits of copyrighted information to be used.
