I got some question about Naruto, when I stumble upon this translation:

The only significant thing in chapter 80 is on page 4, from Kakashi.

Kakashi: Hinata's chakra flow has been stopped, so she cannot attack Neji's tenketsu.
Kakashi: ...in other words, she's lost the ability to use "Juuken" to force chakra into her opponent's body...

I don't remember well, but

1) Can Hinata see Tenketsus?

2) When Doing Jyuken to damage organs, does the chakra forced into the Body have to be applied in the Tenketsud, so they can enter the Iner COils?

3)was it stated the reason The Lighting Nin where after the Byakugan specifically?

4) Did the seal of Hyuga limits the byakugan abilities?

It doesnt have to hit the tenketsu or the inner coils, as long as it makes contact to the person the chakra hurts there organs

It's a question I actually wondered myself.
The chapter 79 made clear that Neji being able to see all the Tenketsus of Hinata was already a surprise, there would be no point saying that if all Hyuga could do the same.
Yet in the chapter 80 Kakashi did say that Hinata couldn't channel her chakra anymore to attack Neji's Tenketsus and thus couldn't use the Jyuken

From that your guesses are as good as mine.

Yeah, I was not aware on this translation (Until someone made me this observation), this changes everything, the problem now is that you are left wondering what is the correct context, and chances are Kishimoto wont repeat himself again with this.

No. He said her gentle fist is useless because Neji attacked her tenketsu.

Do you think had they actually marked the written chuunnin exams that Sakura would have passed using her answers?

Does anyone think that any other Gennins were smart enough to pass on their own intelligence either?

I'd think a lot of people would've passed (except for Naruto) if going by the written test alone. They are all a bunch of smart cheaters.

Monir thinks the middle aged guy who was also taking the cuhnin exam should have had a fair chance of passing the test. He probably was the most experienced test taker in that bunch. Really, how many times did he take the chunin exam?

Probably not. Passing the test could have been the reason for some troublesome prospect only Shikamaru could have foreseen.

From Sakura observation probrably the only person that could pass that test was her.

Hmm I was wondering where the scene on issue 254 page 8 happened. Its the scene where garra states that he didn't think of kankurou and temari as siblings and if they got in his way, he'd kill them. I couldn't wait for the anime anymore so I started the manga but I never remember garra stating that in the anime so I wanted to find it in the mangas.

Generally yes.

The comic comes first, then if it's popular enough it's made into a cartoon.

The cartoon will generally follow the story laid out by the comic (which came first), though there have been exceptions.

Right now, the cartoon is running too close to the comic, so the animators are making up their own story while stalling for time.
