Inspired by Impulse Form I suppose? An additional transition step! I can't complain.

Impulse Form remains the best design I've ever seen though, you have no idea how much I love it.

Because Fate looks strong, elegant and heroic in it xD

I must admit it didn't quite liked that look on StrikerS but latter i discovered it was because of how bad it combines with Fate's twintails. Impulse Form looks awesome on her with let down hair or her prince-like ponytail on FORCE. xD

It definitely is. If you notice how she not only has a white cape in the A's movie, but her pants go down further, just like Impulse form.
