Thanks. The first one isn't photoshoped, just out of focus. The second one I used a zoom radial blur filter (in photoshop) set at 15 and centered on the bottom left corner.

Yup.

Don't let it bother you though. It's just me; I prefer to see normal photos of fellow members rather than magazine type ones.

No worries. It didn't bother me. I'm flattered that someone would think those were "magazine type" photos, though. Those are what my "normal" photos look like. LoL. I try my best never to take a crappy photo.

My God, that is a perfect picture. Not just because it's terribly hilarious, but because it's quite aesthetically pleasing.

It's a mix between the expression on your face, the cigarette in your hand, and the sword on the wall.

It's perfect.

Well...... How can I explain... That's chimarrão. It's kind of a tea.

wikipedia

It's hard to explain. xD
I'm from Rio Grande do Sul, and it's very traditional here. And almost everybody loves it. I love it. xD

Yeah, it’s practically a tradition in most of the country South America.

It seems an interesting drink.
Are all the rituals in the Wikipedia article followed as specified or is it mostly served liberally nowadays?

Pretty tongue ring. I'd get one myself but I'm too far disquieted by large needles and the thought of oral bleeding to do so.

Oh, and you can see some people via the reflection in your sunglasses =3

Well... I laugh a lot reading this article. Everything is right, but when you read it, it seems like it's very dificult and we have to follow this ritual because if we don't we won't be happy or stuff like that. But is not like this. Like when we are in groups we have a 'chimarrão circle', we pass the chimarrão to each other, but is not like we have to pass with the right hand and everything. And me and my sister drink it every evening watching TV and we don't follow those rituals. The chimarrão must be done in certain way, and the water must not be too hot or too cold, but we move the 'bomba', we do this in our on way. Reading the article it seems so close minded. xD And yes, we drink it alone and stuff like that. I don't know, to us this is so natural. xD

Hehe, it's understandable. Wikipedia likes to leave out the true social aspect of things. It makes everything sound quite ritualized and ingrained.

Apart from my avatar/signature, he is a picture of me.

Me, before the gingko.
It's fall here in Georgia and on this day the wind was blowing the leaves from the trees and it was particularly beautiful, and so I felt to capture it on camera was a necessity.

Fix the article then. wikipedia is made to be fixed. It sounds like an interesting drink. Maybe I'll get a chance to try it some day.

@Providence - You probably get this all the time, but you're pretty cute

Should I post a picture? I suppose it wouldn't hurt. . . Though, consider yourselves warned xD

Spoiler:

That picture is about 4 years old now, but I look the same. Just changed my hair some. I would post something more recent, but all I seem to take nowadays are goofy shots ^^;
