Not exactly "snap", per se- she is one of the earliest Numbers, and, therefore, one of the most loyal, the same with E being one of the beginning Letters and loyal to Enzo(though, with his general attitude, he never proclaims it outright). E has other plans, so it would only be natural, in a way, that Cinque would shun disobeying the Doctor through his words, even if E is her "brother".

Yup... SEED Mode is depicted more like 'zoning out' than actually going berserk, since you can get into SEED mode even when you're not angry.
