This happened when I use KDE in Parallels Desktop. It's the high DPI settings that doing it and setting it down to a lower DPI fixes the problem.

Well...that isn't too bad. I quite like it. And one of these days I might find something better for my laptop, computer and phone.

I hear with win7 you can actually set your background to an RSS feed like Photobucket. So in other words, you'll have an endless collection of ever changing wallpapers. Perfect for the completely lazy person (like me xD )
