Why is it they described England very superstitious? Are British people are really like that? I would expect Chinese or Nihon culturally more supertitious people. I thought It was very hilarious tho in one episode when England stay over at Nihon house and met Kappa. Then Nihon only said "I live alone."

Great Britian has a lot of fairy tales and general fantasy associated with it (seriously, the number of YA fantasy stories set in England is amazing, Harry Potter only scratches the surface).
D'Awww, young America is so cute! How could England ever fight a country that cute....

It's in the webcomic. The version I seen was :
Heaven is where the Police are British, the Chefs are French, the Engineer are German, the Lovers Italian and the Banker is Swiss. Hell is where the Chefs are British, the Engineer are French, the lovers are Swiss, the Police are German and the Banker is Italian. Actually Germany police would be okay I think, in terms of sterotypes. British food is just plain...I'll stick with my chinese food. Please don't remind me of what British school dinners are like.

No it was in the anime, I remember it was one of the times the allies were attacking the Axis powers on the island that Grandpa Rome burst out of nowhere and started singing it.

Wow they added the condom joke. I'm guessing the animators decided it's not aimed at kids at all despite it was planned for a children's channel. Are they going to announce a new season? Studio DEEN is so sequal friendly, I'm expecting a 3rd season, just a matter of time.
Hetalia is the 4th most used tag on Pixiv right now, more then Vocaloids/Hatsune Miku, copyrighted and scribble. It's about 35k away from over taking the next tag, which is 'Girls'. Hetalia DVD sales is falling per volume, but the fall is really small compared to other shows, and a fall is expected anyway.

While the idea is pretty funny and outrageous, I do wonder if it truly would have taken the Japanese aback if they could have *somehow* pulled it off.
I think the psychological attack could have worked to a degree, but coloring a mountain still sounds daunting. lol |

I have no idea if England was called, "Bro", he was either afraid of what would happen if the countries found out or if it was one of those bad experiences.
